When you work on 'in-company projects' on AVT's programmes, it means that you are writing a final assignment for your own organisation. In order to complete an MBA course, you must demonstrate that you can translate the theory and frameworks you have learned at the course into a current problem in your organisation. It can both be in the form of a real problem you are facing, or it can be an opportunity in the market that needs to be analyzed with your new tools and perspectives.
